Estuary

Estuary, designed by Priya Ahluwalia, is a meditation on migration, memory, and the evolving meaning of home. Inspired by the journeys of those who have crossed continents, the collection reflects the quiet pull of ancestral shores and the delicate balance between past and present. Taking cues from the flowing rhythm of the River Thames, water becomes both motif and metaphor — symbolizing movement, resilience, and connection. Like an estuary itself, the designs inhabit the space between departure and arrival, where identities merge and new narratives take shape.

The design began as an original watercolor painting, allowing pigment to bleed, layer, and settle organically. Blending traditional artistry with contemporary expression, Estuary reimagines home not as a fixed place, but as something carried within: a sanctuary of memory, belonging, and generational continuity.
