Penthouse at The Morgan

Acclaimed Singapore-based designer Robert Cheng, founder of Brewin Design Office (BDO), created a lavish interior for the penthouse of The Morgan in Hong Kong.  Located at 31 Conduit Road, one of the most sought-after addresses in Hong Kong, The Morgan has been conceived and created by some of the world’s most celebrated design talents including NY-based firm Robert A.M. Stern Architects (RAMSA). In the penthouse, furnishing include unique pieces by Roberto Lazzeroni, Gio Ponti and Eicholtz la Perla; light fixtures by Christian Liaigre, Lindsey Adelman, as well as BDO-designed custom pieces and original rugs created for the penthouse.

The living, dining, and family rooms, where a custom color way of our Inverted Spaces  resides, measures 1200 sq ft — each with its own outdoor terrace. Located on the 30th floor, this allows for gorgeous views of the skyline and harbour of Hong Kong – made up of blues and silvers contrasting with burnt umber, blacks, and natural timbers, which influenced the custom color way. As a unique touch, BDA created a necklace of vertical solid remote-controlled fins, crafted in white oak, which wrap the entire living area and sit on top of the Inverted Spaces mural.
