Hearst’s New York Penthouse Modern Makeover
Satori in Echo was installed in the bathroom makeover of William Randolph Hearst’s New York Penthouse by Bennett Leifer Interiors. This particular project was featured in Architectural Digest’s Web-Exclusive Home tour in October 2018:
“It’s such an easy room to make such a big impact,” says Leifer. Coombs created a curved countertop to echo the drip detail on the Calico wallpaper, and Leifer commissioned custom gilding by Contraposto for the ceiling and crown molding. Sconces by Waterworks, a faucet by Graff, and a sink basin by Vitraform complete the jewel box conceit.
