OUR SALES POLICIES
ESTIMATES
For custom orders, all project estimates are preliminary and non-binding. Final pricing is subject to change based on site-verified dimensions, client revisions, or changes in scope. Estimates reflect the specifications and information available at the time of issuance. Approval of an estimate indicates agreement to proceed under these assumptions unless otherwise updated in writing.
LEAD TIMES
Lead times vary by order type and begin only after all of the following have been received: site-verified measurements (custom only) and payment in full.
• Standard Panel Orders: Approximately 4 weeks
• Custom Layout Orders: Approximately 8 weeks
• Custom Colorway Orders: Approximately 12 weeks
All lead times are non-binding estimates and subject to change. Production may be delayed by revisions, missing information, material constraints, or internal scheduling. While we aim to meet projected timelines, they are not guaranteed.
AVAILABILITY
Calico Wallpaper products are made to order. While we strive to maintain access to all collections and finishes, availability of specific designs, materials, or finishes cannot be guaranteed. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products or specifications without prior notice.
EXPEDITED ORDERS
Rush processing is available for custom orders only and must be requested in advance. When approved, rush service typically shortens the standard 8-week lead time by approximately 3 weeks. Expedited timelines are subject to production capacity and material availability.
SHIPPING
All orders are shipped via a carrier of our choice—most often UPS—with domestic deliveries generally arriving within 2 business days and international shipments subject to standard transit times. Please note that import duties and taxes for international orders are not included and will be billed directly to the recipient by the carrier, in accordance with the destination country’s policies.
Clients placing international orders should provide their VAT and EORI numbers, if applicable, to help expedite customs clearance. Special shipping requests may be accommodated upon request and may incur additional fees.
CUSTOM PROJECTS
Bespoke designs, layouts, or finishes beyond the standard offering are considered custom and may require additional design time and fees. These projects often involve iterative approvals and longer lead times. Any custom elements must be reviewed and signed off on prior to production.
INSPECTION & CLAIMS INSTRUCTIONS
All goods must be inspected by the client and/or their representative prior to installation. Any damage or irregularity must be reported in writing within 30 days from receipt of goods. Claims must include photographs and preserved original packaging for inspection. Calico will issue replacements only for goods confirmed to be incorrect or damaged prior to installation.
If any damage or irregularity is discovered during installation, stop work immediately and contact Calico Wallpaper. Do not proceed until a resolution has been provided.
Any damage occurring outside of shipping—including during handling, storage, or installation—is the sole responsibility of the client and their installer. Labor claims will not be honored under any circumstance. Claims submitted after installation will not be accepted.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of payment. After this grace period, cancellations cannot be accepted. All rush orders are final once payment is received. Any changes made after this period may result in additional charges or require reprinting at full cost.
WARRANTY
Calico Wallpaper guarantees its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal conditions for one year from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover issues resulting from improper installation, handling, or site irregularities. No labor or consequential damage claims will be accepted. Natural variations, especially in hand-applied finishes such as metal leaf and linen, are expected and not considered defects.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
Care instructions vary by product. Failure to follow care guidelines may void the warranty. For additional guidance, please consult your sales representative or reach out to customerservice@calicowallpaper.com.
PRICING
All pricing is in USD and subject to change without notice. Estimates reflect the project scope and specifications at the time they are issued. Payment of an estimate confirms approval to proceed. Any changes in scope, layout, or specifications after payment may result in additional charges.

By proceeding with payment, the client acknowledges and accepts the terms and conditions outlined in this document, including but not limited to those regarding production timelines, shipping, custom orders, responsibilities, and claims. Payment constitutes approval to move forward with the specifications provided and agreement to Calico Wallpaper’s policies.
