Leota Boutique

Opening an ambitious new showroom in the Garment district, clothing designer Leota wanted to create a space that was unique and inspiring. She described her ideal environment as clean and calm but also fun and glitzy—“there must be something glamorous I can look at every day.” Calico Wallpaper was honored to be included as a key element in the design.

Working closely with architecture and design firm Studio Parallel, Calico Wallpaper created a large custom Wabi in Cloud mural that spans from the studio’s entryway into the main showroom, cascading over doorways and around architectural moldings. Offset by a row of gorgeous starburst chandeliers, the results are stunning and sleek, providing the perfect backdrop to showcase Leota’s vibrant patterns.

Inspired by the era of classic Hollywood glamour, Leota founder Sarah Carson has crafted a line of dresses that infuse a touch of elegance into everyday routines. Her complete women’s fashion line offers four collections per year and is carried in over 300 fine retailers globally.
