  • 1. How is the wallpaper priced?

    Our wallpaper is priced by the square foot. Each order is custom printed to fit project dimensions and is seamless and non-repeating when installed. We do not have a standard roll or panel size.  Please find pricing for the individual collections here.

  • 2. Is there an order minimum?

    There is no order minimum as all our material is custom printed for each project.

  • 3. How do I start the process of getting a project quote?

    Elevations or sketches with precise width and height dimensions are required in order to provide an accurate quote. Please email information to info@calicowallpaper.com

  • 4. What type of material is the wallpaper?

    The majority of collections are printed on a Type II Substrate, a vinyl wallcovering that is scuff-resistant and can tolerate moisture and heat (Fire Rated A – ASTM E84).  Please inquire with a style and colorway for more specifications.

  • 5. Are custom color-ways available to order?

    Custom color-ways are available in all product lines. There is a flat fee for this process, which includes production of 3 strike-offs. The lead time for this process is 4 weeks.

  • 6. What is the general lead time for order production?

    Our standard lead time for most of our collections is 8 weeks for production. However, the lead time for our Aurora and Satori collections are 10 weeks and 16 weeks respectively. Rush ordering is available for a 30% mark-up and reduces the lead time to 4 weeks.

  • 7. What form of payment do you accept?

    For payment, we accept all major credit cards, check, and wire transfer (with a fee). For checks please make payment out to: Calico Wallpaper, 275 Conover Street, Suite 3G, Brooklyn, NY, 11231.

  • 8. What is the standard sample size?

    All our samples are 8 inches (width) by 10 inches (height).
