  • 1. How is the wallpaper priced?

    Our wallpaper is priced by the square foot based off of the dimensions provided by the client. Each order is custom printed to fit project dimensions and is seamless and non-repeating when installed. We do not have a standard roll or panel size.  Please contact the sales team for up-to-date pricing information at sales@calicowallpaper.com.

  • 2. Is there an order minimum?

    There is no order minimum as all our material is custom printed for each project.

  • 3. How do I start the process of getting a project quote?

    Elevations or sketches with precise width and height dimensions are required in order to provide an accurate quote. Please email information to sales@calicowallpaper.com

  • 4. What type of material is the wallpaper?

    The majority of collections are printed on a Type II Substrate, a vinyl wallcovering that is scuff-resistant and can tolerate moisture and heat (Fire Rated A – ASTM E84).  You can find specification sheets for each collection on each colorway page under “Download Tearsheet”.

  • 5. Are custom color-ways available to order?

    Custom color-ways are available in all product lines. There is a flat fee for this process, which includes production of 3 strike-offs. The lead time for this process is 4 weeks.

  • 6. What is the general lead time for order production?

    The lead time is approximately 8 weeks from receipt of payment + site-verified dimensions; rush processing is available for a 30% surcharge reducing lead time to about 5 weeks. This is to create a site-specific layout based on your dimensions, which requires approval before moving into production.

    Occasionally, our production times will vary so please be sure to confirm lead times prior to placing your order. We will always try to work with any deadlines you may have.

  • 7. What forms of payment do you accept?

    For payment, we accept all major credit cards, checks, and wire transfers (with a fee).

  • 8. What is the standard sample size?

    All our samples are 8 inches (width) by 10 inches (height).
