Terms and Conditions
PRICING: Prices are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. All orders are subject to price in effect at time order is placed.
AVAILABILITY: Calico Wallpaper does not guarantee the availability of any item and reserves the right to discontinue or change the technical specifications of its products at any time without notice. Our standard lead time is 8-16 weeks for production (may be longer for complex projects).
EXPEDITED ORDERS: Calico Wallpaper works to ship all orders in a timely matter, however rush ordering is available for an additional 30% of retail value. Our expedited order time is 4-8 weeks for production.
PAYMENT TERMS: We accept payment by credit card, check, and bank wire (with a fee) for international orders. For trade account orders we ask that payment be made by check or bank wire (with a fee). Delivery cannot be scheduled without full payment cleared. Please make checks payable to: Calico Wallpaper and mail to: 275 Conover Street, Suite 3G, Brooklyn, NY 11231.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellation must be made within 24 hours of confirmation of order. Orders cannot be cancelled after this grace period has passed. We cannot accept cancellation of rush orders once they have been confirmed.
SHIPPING: All shipments will be made via carrier of our choice, unless instructed in writing to use a specific carrier. All shipments are FOB Origin, Los Angeles, CA Special handling requests are subject to extra change.
RETURN POLICY: Custom products or modified versions of standard products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
CUSTOM PROJECTS: We require a elevation drawing of the surface you would like covered by the wallpaper. This drawing must be exact to the quarter inch. Custom design fees may be applied pending project.
DAMAGED GOODS: All terms are carefully inspected and packaged prior to shipment. Please examine your order upon arrival for any damage. If items have arrived damaged, a replacement will be sent only if the damage is reported within 5 calendar days, the original packaging is kept for inspection by the carrier, and photos are provided of the damage. Please call (718) 243-1705 or e-mail email@example.com within 5 calendar days to make a claim.
WARRANTY: Calico Wallpaper warrants its products to be free of defects in workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one year from date of purchase. Calico Wallpaper reserve the right to inspect the damaged product before having any obligation under this limited warranty. All costs of shipping for inspection are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Calico Wallpaper, at it’s option, shall repair or replace the defective unit covered by this warranty. Calico Wallpaper is not responsible for damages caused by improper installation, maintenance or operation. Our warranty extends to products purchased only by the original purchaser.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE: All products should be cared for with instructions applicable to that product. Failure to do so may void product warranty.
