DDG XOCO 325 Model Home

Calico Wallpaper is proud to have two of its collections on display in a luxurious model home for the beautifully designed XOCO 325—a new residential building on West Broadway in SoHo. A former chocolate factory, the building has been artfully constructed to preserve original elements in its reimagined form. It features a cast-aluminum façade that is a modern reinterpretation of the district’s historic cast-iron loft buildings. Spanning a landscaped courtyard, the project intertwines two landmark structures creating a sophisticated living space in the heart of the city. With 21 units across nine floors, the building was developed, designed, built and managed by DDG.

Calico Wallpaper contributed two murals to the model home designed to showcase these elegant residences. Wabi Cloud’s metallic pattern emboldens a feature wall in the master bedroom, perfectly complimenting a set of tubular gold light fixtures designed by Rick Owens. Together, they capture the natural light from the room’s floor to ceiling windows, creating a glistening mural that frames the bed. In a second bedroom, Orion, from the Inverted Spaces collection, offsets a corner window and reflects intriguingly in a round mirror positioned across from the bed. The soft colors create a sublimely calm and contemplative space.

XOCO 325’s model home showcases an impressive array of unique pieces, featuring designers BDDW, Brian Thoreen, and APPARATUS among others. Calico Wallpaper is thrilled to be in such good company and pleased to help welcome and inspire new homeowners as they walk through this beautiful residence.
